Things are going good! It has been a challenge (Thanksgiving) and going into the holidays does have me a little concerned. It is also seeming a lot harder to lose the unwanted pounds. With the holiday fellowship and celebrations I will have to be on guard for sure. I have been working harder but seem to be losing less weight. I feel that I must add or change something in order to continue losing. I have increased my walking speed and I am working to increase the amount of time as well. Being without transportation has lent to me walking several times a day also (He works all things together for good). My goal is five to ten pounds a month. If I can lose anything over the next month I will be really happy! In today’s weigh-in I tipped the scales at 296lbs. I feel very good. My energy levels are up and my back and knee pains are down, thank the Lord! Thank you for your support and prayers, they really mean a lot to me. My new motto is “one day at a time.” God bless you and thanks again!
