It took me 47 years to get to 365 pounds and I do not expect to drop it over night. I am continuing to lift weights but my weight is still around 299 pound I am still not able to run because of a bad knee, but I am not giving up!
I just keep remembering:
Romans 8:37 - In all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
In His care,
Rod

Hi Pastor Rod,
This is coming from Portland, Oregon, You believed in me when I was just a young kid working at Safeway. Now I’m 35 and I believe you can loose that weight my brother in Christ. Hope to see you and Twila in the summer of 2009.
