We’re in the process of some transition as we work to unify all the different aspects of our ministry to be in-line with the same vision; to glorify God by training leaders and facilitating holistic communities of worship. This means a renewed focus on indigenous leadership and a structure that empowers and equips them. We no longer have paid indigenous church planters, pastors, or evangelists; all outreach is done on strictly voluntary terms. We are now also starting to fund raise as one team instead of as separate ministries, asking people to support T.E.A.R.S. as a whole, which includes Haitian ministries, T.E.A.R.S. School, Leadership Training Center, Church Planting Team, Evangelistic Arts and much more. And on top of that we are looking at new ways to help build greater partnerships between short term teams and local churches so that the body of Christ will be built up for every good work. We have much to learn and grow in, so please do keep us in your prayers!
Please pray for:
