All of us at T.E.A.R.S. are thankful for the blessings we’ve received these past two months. We’re excited to announce that two more babies are now part of the T.E.A.R.S. family, we had a successful kids camp among many other outreaches this February, and have got some needed electrical work done at the T.E.A.R.S. leadership training center.

Prayer Requests
- Health- During the past few months our team members have been sick with things as Dengue Fever, tonsil infections, amebas, kidney stones, colds that won’t seem to go away, and more. Please pray that God will continue to heal those who are sick and protect us.
- Haitian conference- In mid March we’ll be hosting a Haitian bible conference. Please pray for continued unity between different Haitian church denominations, and desire to be shaped by the word of God and not Traditions. Also pray that Haitian and Dominican brother and sisters will become more unified.
- Direction in Los Pomos- As we continue to build relationships and do bible studies in a new barrio we ask for prayer that we’ll be guided by the spirit and not by strategies or human plans.
- El Camino church- Unity, vision, love for one another and desire to work together. On March 9th the church is having a leaders meeting instead of a church service in hopes to talk about some issues that have come up as well as make plans for how they can work better together in order to impact their community.
- Equipment– A few more things are needed to complete the T.E.A.R.S. office and make it workable for everyone; a few stable computers, file cabinets, staplers, etc. Please pray that God would provide these much need tools.
- Impacting Communities- It is very exciting to see believers and families all over the world using their talents, gifting and profession to advance the Kingdom and glorify God here in the D.R. With your help and prayers we hope see Churches planted to transform disadvantaged communities into communities of worship that bring glory to God. Through biblical and leadership training we believe that this will not only change the lives of the families, but will also have a profound effect on their communities. An educated, equipped community with an inspired purpose for advancing the Kingdom and the gospel will be a productive community. Please pray that God will give us wisdom to equip the locals to do the work of transforming their communities with the good news of the gospel.
