I was so worried when I heard about the horrible experience you went through. I am so glad to hear of how God is working in your life these days with providing means for shelter, travel to Columbia. Your strong faith is inspiring to me.

Aw Jen, I am glad you are sleeping better and enjoying the different changes in your life. I can only imagine, based on my short visits, how busy you are and how hard it is to juggle everything. I will pray for you as I know you are needed in all of these areas and are no doubt doing an outstanding job as wife, mother and employee. I can't think of a better group to be surrounded in as you continue to discover this new phase in life. El dios le bendice todos.

I just love reading your entries. They are always so thoughtful, candid and honest. I can relate to some of your struggles and appreciate someone else being able to put things into words, as this is an area I struggle with. I guess it's a good thing God knows your thoughts so no matter how you say it, he get what you are trying to say. Thanks Joy.

Darin I am so happy for you. I am glad things worked out for you to go back and be a part of this awesome community. And, yes, you were spoiled to be living with Tigua for four months. That would be some pretty high standards to live up to for cooking. Her reputation precedes her. Look forward to hearing your stories and the entries from the other TEARS members. El dios te bendice todos.

Definitely a lesson everyone should reflect on. I am thankful for the family, friends and health God has shared with me, but it is easy to get caught up in the bad things that happen in life and forget the small everyday gifts we have around us. Thanks Bau.

Hey Rod,

Awesome job big guy! I understand the committment required, and the one day at a time attitude. I've also been losing, but I'm only at half your total loss so far. At the rate you're going, you'll be skinnier than me next time we're down there.

Great job!!

Rod,

That is just so awesome. Having been there myself, I can imagine how much better you feel. Keep up the great work, I know how challenging it can be.
