Originally a teacher at the T.E.A.R.S. School, Joy took Gracie under her wing and trained her as the principal. Gracie does an incredible job in her position. She articulates well and is not afraid of confrontations, yet her words are always seasoned with grace. Gracie is a self-starter, able to step in and do things on her own. She has done a great job unifying our staff team, demonstrating love and respect for everyone. Gracie is a humble, gifted leader.
She lives just outside the barrio in La Milla Rosa with three children, one child at eighteen months and two who are currently enrolled in the T.E.A.R.S. School. During the afternoons she works as a school counselor at Don Pepe Alvarez High School.
